Bill Whitescarver

After graduating from USC in 1987 with degrees in business and an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, Bill was self employed for over 13 years.  He moved to Tulsa in June of 1997 and is the father to his source of inspiration and motivation, Brittany, 10 and Tanner, 8.  

Bill received his real estate license at the end of 1999 and Brokers License at the end of 2001 and received the best real estate training in the world from 2004 to 2004 through one on one coaching.

Kerrie Adams

Kerrie Adams previously worked for Williams Communications until her family relocated to Texas. Kerrie was first a client of and in August of 2004, Kerrie joined Whitescarver & Associates in the capacity of a transaction coordinator and received her real estate license at the end of 2004.  Kerrie is married with two children and is from Dallas.  She has lived in Oklahoma since 1987 while attending Oklahoma State University and has called Tulsa home for six years.

Lillian Locicero

Lillian Locicero is from New York and has called Tulsa home since 2004.  She joined our team in April of 2005 and officially manages our technology challenges, web sites and each new listing and pending transaction. Lil received her real estate license at the end of 2006.  She is married and has a seven year old son, Samuel.
